We deliver every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Orders placed by 1pm will be delivered the same day otherwise scheduled for the next delivery day. The estimated arrival time for all deliveries is between 1 & 3 pm.

Delivery is free on all orders over $40 before tax. Orders under will be subject to a $5 delivery fee.

For orders delivered to homes, your order will be placed at your door or an otherwise specified location. All apartment or condo orders will be left with the concierge. Please make any arrangements needed to ensure your concierge will accept the order.

Knick Knack makes every effort possible to ensure safe and timely deliveries to its customers. However, if a customer has instructed Knick Knack to leave their package at a specified delivery location Knick Knack absolves itself of any further responsibility of the package left unattended, as per customer instructions. In the rare occurrence that a package is stolen from its customer-specified delivery drop-off location, the customer is fully responsible for the cost of replacing the merchandise and must be home, or have a third party present, to accept a subsequent delivery of the package in order to prevent any further loss or theft.
